1918 built Downtown

Santa CRuz remodel

                   Vaulted ceilings

Key features: Oak Hardwood floors

This home was built in 1918 in the downtown area of Santa Cruz, CA. We vaulted ceilings in the main living area and moved the kitchen to the center of the house underneath skylights and french doors taking you to the backyard. We added walls, took down walls, and made the old kitchen the master bedroom. The homeowner wanted a very open concept Kyota Builders designed the framing and the homeowner designed the kitchen that we installed. All new retrofit windows were installed throughout the entire house. Beautiful oak hardwood floors with solar-powered radiant floor heating to keep you warm in the winter. This was a long project, but well worth the appreciation and enjoyment from the new homeowners!
